‘The War We Are Living’ At YWCA
The YWCA Hartford Region, together with Charter Oak Cultural Center, continues it “Women, War and Peace” series of free film screenings on Tuesday, April 3, with “The War We Are Living.”
The documentary chronicles the efforts of two women in Cauca, a mountainous region inColombia’sPacific southwest, to prevent their people being forcibly displaced by war.
It will be shown at the YWCA at 135 Broad St. Showtime is at 7 p.m. A discussion will follow.
